So on week 11 I started to experience similar pains I had 2 years ago when I had a heart attack at the gym. I made a conscious decision to take 1 week off to give my body a break and to halt the Vintage Boost supplement (which recommends 2 weeks off after 60 days of use). That one week carried over to another week. Today would mark week 13 of my Obese To Fit journal. I’m feeling pretty good and I’m going to re-assess my situation after today’s workout.
Safety is paramount. Know your body, and listen to it. The goal is be as healthy as you can be so you can prolong your life.
